Order Processing Times:
We process for ordinary customers and businesses, depending on the ammount of the order delivery time might vary. At Kaytar Fish Store orders are processed within 1-5 hours. On nationally recognized holidays, we'll process orders on the next business day. After leaving our fulfillment center, the delivery time depends on your chosen shipping service at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
We offer standard Shipping for 1000 AMD for product purchase of up to 10.000 AMD. For orders over 500.000 AMD please, contact our customer service.
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we ship within Yerevan only. For intenrational shippings and Armenian regions, please contact our customer service.
Keeping It Chilled:
We care for the environment and your fish. That's why we use eco-friendly cooler boxes and precisely measured dry ice based on your package's destination and the number of products.
Tracking Information:
Your order will be prepared for shippment right after your call for order.
Order Changes:
If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible using our phone number. We can make changes only if your request comes in before processing the order. To avoid such situations, please make sure you ordered products you needed before checking out on Kaytar Online Store.
Order Delays:
We at Kaytar Fish Store understand the importance of timely delivery. We always aim to meet your expectations. However, Kaytar does not provide refunds for delays due to weather, mechanical issues, strikes, bad traffic, natural disasters, incorrect shipping details, errors by our shipping partners' staff, or other factors beyond our control.
Gift Notes:
At this time, we do not offer gift notes.
Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately by phone. Please include pictures of the damaged product in its shipping box. This helps us make a claim with our shipping insurance provider. Depending on your preference, refrigerate or freeze the product upon receipt.
Unattended Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft resulting from unattended packages, including failed deliveries. Our delivery partners take a photo of delivered goods at your doorsteps before handling products to you.
Disposing of Shipping Materials:
We use eco-friendly shipping materials. When your box arrives, please dispose of the dry ice carefully. The plastic bag and other elemens of packaging shall be recycled. Let's keep our planet healthy together!
