Returns:
Considering the perishable nature of our products, and the need for them to be shipped under controlled conditions, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products purchased from our website. Additionally, we are unable to process returns for Kaytar products purchased from sources other than our website.
Refunds and Reshipments:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or exhibits any defects, please contact us immediately. Prepare clear images of the damaged product in its shipping box and provide the lot code of the product in your email. This information will help us initiate a claim with our shipping insurance provider. Take a note that delivery person always takes photo of delivered goods at your door before handling to you.
Product defects must be reported within 10 minutes of receiving your order. Refunds and replacements of Kaytar goods will be considered on a case-by-case basis over the phone conversation with our customer specialists. Please note that we reserve the final decision of limiting refunds and replacements. We can only provide one replacement per customer if approved.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund time takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer's policies, for addtional details of refund dates you shall contact your bank.
