Recipe 1: Pan-Seared Kaytar Trout
Ingredients:
- Fresh Armenian trout fillets
- Butter
- Lemon
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a pat of butter.
- Season Kaytar trout fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in the skillet, skin-side down.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until the skin is crispy and the flesh is flaky.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the trout and garnish with fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
- Fresh whole Armenian trout (gutted and scaled)
